Think You Don't Like Poetry?
Try this by racer-poet Ed Milich

[Safety Wire]

Christ on a crotchrocket.

I have stabbed myself with safety wire again.

In a moment of reflection, I consider

that the name “safety wire” is a misnomer

as I have never more consistently

scratched,

impaled

hooked,

pierced,

or otherwise

injured myself with any other product

as I have with this one,

particularly a product

that purports to exist

for the purpose of safety.

Moto-Book Tour Northern California

Christina Shook and Ed Milich tour motorcycle destinations in San Francisco and northern California to promote their recently released motorcycle books: Milich’s "Wrenched: Man and Machine" and Shook’s photo book, "Chicks on Bikes."

Please stop by for one (or more) evenings which promise lively readings from each, autographed copies, and probably even refreshments! Each stop is a destination in itself and worth visiting.
